Various deliberations with Officials at Industry Ministry. Forwarding note was prepared on our application with appropriate remarks and recommendation. On 22nd Feb 2024, the note on our application was approved by Principal Secretary Industry and Forest.

Consent of Hon. Forest Minister, Govt of Maharashtra obtained on 21st Oct 2024. Application was with Nodal officer at Office of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, during which elections were held and new government was formed under the leadership of Shri Devendra Fadnavis. As new government was formed it led to changes in key management personnels of the ministry.

Various deliberations were held at Revenue Ministry, Forest ministry and Industry Ministry for forwarding the file with appropriate facts regarding the drafting of Interlocutory application. A letter was sent by Joint Director Industries to GM DIC to conduct a meeting of PSIEP and related parties for gathering information for preparing the Interlocutory Application.

The file was sent to PS Forest for his remarks and forwarding it to the new Forest Minister. Thereafter On 1st January 2025, the file was forwarded with his positive by Hon PS Forest to Shri Ganesh Naik Forest Minister, who approved the file and forwarded the same to Hon. Chief Minister. On 2nd April 2025, Shri Devendra Fadnavis, Hon. Chief Minister of the State of Maharashtra gave his consent for filing of IA for removal of forest mutation

The Supreme Court has passed a favourable order in Appeal no 6417/2015 wherein forest mutations from 96 appellants has been removed. The Govt. Of Maharashtra has issued an advisory Dt. 14 Nov 2025 to all its offices to hold the applications received basis the Order until decision of the government is communicated.
