  • Latest 7/12 Extract.

  • Copy of Industrial NA Order File i.e. All process documents From an application for NA to final order

  • Current Status of revenue tax paid.

  • Copies of Forest Notices under section 35

  • Forest Restoration order Copy, If issued.

3. Brief Note on Present Status of Land
