PSIEP Application and detailed deleberations

MOS Industry Meeting and recording of issue

Chief Secretary Industry Application Scrutiny and Forwarding to DC

Development Commissioner scrutiny of application and issuing letter to GM DIC, Thane for submitting detailed report.

Letter issued by DIC to PSIEP for collecting information required to submit report to DC.

Preparing proposal to be submitted to Revenue and Forest Ministry for Filing of IA

Verification and contemplation over the report and forwarding with appropriate remarks.

Deliberation on report preparation at DIC Thane and forwarding to Development Commissioner

Compiling required information and Submission to DIC Thane

Collecting information on affected layouts and onboarding of Industries in the movement.

Deliberations on the Proposal received for Filing of IA at Revenue and Forest ministry.

Referring the proposal to Regional Empowered Committee [REC] for a Detailed report.

REC may call for records and seek the presence of PSIEP & related stakeholders, before finalization of the report and proposing a category.

Deliberations on report received from REC with Revenue and Forest Dept and preparing for payment of NPV

Preparing Draft IA as per proposal received by Law and Judiciary Ministry from Revenue and Forest Min.

​If all recommendations as per the proposal of the State of Maharashtra are acceptable, approval shall be granted, OR necessary alterations may be directed by the Apex Court in the proposal.

Deliberations on the Proposal received and submission of pieces of evidence and information as needed at Apex court for obtaining the approval.

Follow up at Apex Court to obtain the approval as early as possible.

Submission of IA at Apex Court to obtain approval to the proposal.

Administrative & Technical Approval of the draft and ensuring collection of NPV in a special account

If alterations suggested

No alterations

Contemplation on directed alterations at Law and Judiciary Ministry GOM and REC GOM with all stakeholders.

Finalizing Alterations and re-submission of proposal to Apex Court.

After receipt of approval from apex court transfer of NPV from special account to designated head.

Submission of List of NPV consented area along with proof of NPV payment for obtaining orders for removal of mutation.

Forwarding proposal from Law & Judiciary Ministry to Revenue & Forest with all notations for issuing instructions for removal of mutation.

To Obtain GR / Circular / Notification removing mutations for plots whose NPV is paid.

Certified copy of 7/12 Extract after removal of forest mutation shall be received.

Recording of mutation as per Instruction by Talahthi office followed by approval of Tahsildar.

Therefrom instructions will be given to Tahsildar Office, from where specific plot wise instructions shall flow to Talathi Office.

Forwarding of instructions from Divisional offices to the District Collectorate, further to sub-divisional office commonly known as Prant Office.

Maintaing the flow of these instructions from Minsitry to Secratary / Addl Secretary's; From secretariart to Divisonal Commissioners
